Homeowner requests, routed to you
Ultimatelyscheduled Pest Control is a referral service. Homeowners describe a pest or wildlife problem, and the request is routed to an independent provider in the network. If your business handles residential pest control, termite work or wildlife removal, you can apply to receive these requests.
Homeowners who reach out are usually ready to talk. They have seen something and want an inspection.
Who fits
- Independent pest control, termite or wildlife businesses serving homeowners.
- Licensed and insured as your state requires, and ready to show it.
- Comfortable with common pests: ants, spiders, roaches, crickets, mice, rats and termites. Bed bug treatment is a plus.
- Reliable on the phone and quick to follow up.
- Clear about which towns you serve.
What we expect
- Correct identification of the pest before any treatment is proposed.
- A written quote before work begins.
- Plain, honest explanations, with no inflated claims or pressure.
- Respect for the homeowner, the home and local rules.
- A prompt reply to routed requests. Tell us when your schedule is full.
- Your own insurance, billing and warranties. You do the work and stand behind it.
What this is not
This is not a job with Ultimatelyscheduled Pest Control. There is no salary, no employment and no staff position. You stay an independent business. Ultimatelyscheduled Pest Control does not promise a set number of requests or any level of earnings. Terms for referrals are shared during the application.
